We are looking for a dependable person with excellent customer service skills to join our close-knit team as a full-time billing specialist. Related billing experience helpful, but not required. We will train you for this specialized position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate data entry of timesheets and service agreements
Ensure claims are submitted on time, so 98% of claims are paid within payor guidelines
Posting of remits
Fix denials in 90 days or less
Interacting with providers and insurance carriers on denials
Timely communications
Follow prescribed billing best practices
Serve as an expert to our billing customers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education of High School Diploma
2+ Years of experience in medical billing or medical claims processing preferred
