Qualifications & Skills
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships  
  • Capability to establish credibility and sell with a high closure rate to key stake holders including C-level decision makers  
  • Plan, develop and execute new sales for SaaS  
  • Drive the development of new business by prospecting growth areas/territories, using leads, referrals and cold calls and convert those to billable revenue and gross margin 
  • Ability to effectively develop, manage and forecast multi-account sales funnel and pipelines 
  • Provide sales activity reporting 
  • Ability to  present to small or large groups virtually and in person 
  • Results focused and documented track record of achieving/exceeding agreed upon and personal sales goals 
  • Strong leadership skills, able to work independently and drive/self-motivation 
  • Multi-state and customer development experience 
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to sales 
  • Strategic thinker/planner who can also think operationally 
  • Partner with internal teams to address customer needs, problems, competitors, additional opportunities while being a team builder and player 
Education & Experience
  • Sales Management Experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • SaaS Sales: 3+ years in a healthcare market 
  • Computer skills, Excel, Word, etc. 

Cashé Software is located in Oakdale, MN and offers a competitive compensation package which includes salary, commission, and benefits. Benefits include Medical, Dental, HSA, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, On-Site Fitness Center, and Company Paid Short/Long Term Disability and Life Insurance.  

Travel is not required.
