Product Manager
As the Product Manager, you will lead and execute direct development of our Pavillio platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand our software and platforms that perform medical billing and data collection services
- Lead/facilitate meetings with business and technical resources
- Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into product requirements
- Define the product roadmap and release process
- Coordinate all required activities to bring product components to market
- Align all teams involved (marketing, sales, customer support, and development) while fostering positive relationships
- Oversee and manage relationship with offshore developers
- Work with end users, other platforms, etc. to gather user requirements
- Utilize subject matter experts and development team
- Partner with marketing to manage and develop online presence
- Communicate daily with various teams and stakeholders
- Partner with development teams to discuss the technical details of the products
- Focus on tactical and strategic matters including research and data analysis
- Maintain competitive knowledge
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- The ability and desire to take ownership of the product
- Broad understanding of usability and user experience best practices
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle development
- Cloud Native environment experience
- Experience having built and delivered a SaaS product
- Jain Data and Analytics
- AWS Cloud application experience
- Must have a mission-critical mindset
- Outstanding presentation, written and communication skills
- Must be innovative with strong researching skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ Years of experience of Product management/product development
